Carlisle Heatworks is a trading name of Vantage Growth Partners Ltd (company number 15968261), whose registered office is at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Vantage Growth Partners Ltd decides how your details are used and is the data controller, registered with the ICO under C2068704.

The form collects your name, phone number, email, postcode, the problem you picked and any note you add. A call gives us your number and the recording. Our hosting also keeps standard technical logs.

We use your details so a heating engineer can contact you about the job you asked for. We rely on legitimate interests, since you came to us for help and sharing your details is how that help reaches you.

Calls to 01228 479350 are recorded, and a message tells you so before you are connected. We keep recordings to check quality and settle disagreements. Our phone provider stores them.

Google Analytics runs only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It counts visits, pages viewed, clicks on the phone number and which problem a sent form picked, never your name, number, email or postcode. Choose “No thanks” and it stays off. Your choice is saved in your own browser.

Your enquiry goes to the one engineer we pass it to, who then handles your details under their own responsibility. HighLevel runs our customer records, calls and texts, and Cloudflare hosts the site. Where data is held outside the UK, approved UK safeguards apply. We do not sell your details.

Enquiries and recordings are deleted after 24 months, unless a complaint or legal claim means we need them for longer.

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to fix or delete them, or object to how we use them. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office through ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
